WHEN & WHERE WE SWIM
We hold 4 regular swimming sessions throughout the week and have 2 categories of membership so you can train as much or as little as you want. Our experienced coach provides advice on stroke technique and guides us with a range of tailored training sessions. All sessions have different paced lanes so you are bound to find training partner of similar ability and pace to keep you motivated.

Note Verulam SC has a single uncoached lane for masters on Sundays 4 – 5pm at Westminster Lodge for parents of children swimming with Verulam SC. Check out the Verulam Website for more information

Club Fees (Payable by monthly standing order)
£27.50 per month – Swimming once a week
£39 per month – Swimming more than once a week (maximum 4 times a week)

Swim England Registration (One off annual payment)
£18.35 – Category 1 ('Club Train') – allows a swimmer to train with the club and enter small local events, such as club galas, Herts Masters and Herts Senior League
£42.20 – Category 2 ('Club Compete') – as Category 1 but also allows entry as an individual to wider events such as Open meets, Regional, National and European Championships​
